It was just a good pick for getting around the area in Drumnadrochit with attractive and competitive value for money. The restaurant food was excellent despite some rude service I noticed as I enjoyed my meal. Avoid bringing too much luggage since the narrow stairs can be a hassle.

The bar area offers a cozy atmosphere for relaxing with some whiskey after a long day, perfect for unwinding with friends. The restaurant features hearty meals, big portions that can fill you up without leaving you wanting.

The hotel has not seen modern updates in ages, leading to a dated decor that feels more like a museum than a comfortable place to stay. Rooms suffer from poor heating control, resulting in chilly evenings, and the bathrooms desperately need upgrades—definitely not a relaxing experience. The mattresses are a particular concern. sagging and noisy springs ensure a poor night's sleep after a long day's travel.
